My old friend Kate, from my vet's office, came to feed, play and care for me. Next to my Alphas and my breeders, she is The Best. I even got to sleep in the bed with her! (she thought I seemed a little stressed...haha!) Kate is studying to be a vet lab assistant. I don't even want to delve into that, but I get the distinct impression she knows a LOT about animals. The best part is that she suggested to Ms. Alpha the Stingy that my food portions be increased a bit. Oh, joy. I just love that Kate.
And look what Kate made me as a parting gift....my own peanut butter cookies. They are chewy and so unbelievably delicious. I Be Have and do whatever is necessary to get one of these babies.

This land alligator was walking around downtown.

I think so...Alice is smacking her lips for dinner!
What's not to love? These are mine, all mine!

While the Alphas were away they went to see the
Red Sox cream the Cincinatti Reds in Sarasota.
John Lester pitched and my home team won 9-1.

Here is a spring training version of a Fenway Frank.
I love the idea of a food item named after me!

This shirt just about says it all.
Since I am an "intact" male,
I constantly feel the need to mark everything.
That's me—Fenway the Wicked Pissa.

There are border collie seagulls in Florida!
Seriously—check out the markings.

There are very clever creatures in Florida.
Dumpster diving is a fine art.
And, doesn't this look like a border collie racoon?
Again...similar markings. I have a mask, too!
Florida has some serious pet fish.
These are some very religious koi.

The Alphas kayaked through some mangrove swamps.
I don't like the looks of them at all.

Herons were everywhere since there are
no border collies in the swamps to herd them.

A friendly cormorant followed the Alphas kayak.
I think he's part border collie, too,
since he seemed very alert and on the lookout.
The Alphas met Alice, a lovely standard poodle.
Do you think she feasts on champagne and imported cheeses?
I think so...Alice is smacking her lips for dinner!I am more than intrigued with her cuisine.
This little lady takes feasting to a whole
other level that I never imagined.
I need to visit Alice!

It sounds like everyone had a great time Fenway!
Thanks for the link to that website. It's fun. But we though we'd let you know that it's not Tama-Chan climbing p #1's pants! It's "Sir" the little alien in the back room! He is only 8 weeks old!!!
Your Pals,
Tom and Tama-Chan
Oooooh, peanut butter cookies. We'd behave for them too!
Your friend Kate sounds great. I'd like her to come down here and stay with me for awhile. I need some extra attention! Looks like your Alpha's had a nice vacation. Did they bring home a Fenway Frank for you?
Your friend,
Niamh
I'm glad I found you too. I enjoyed this post immensely and I think you're a pretty cool dude, Fenway.

Re: Candy, she is a Giant Schnauzer...hehe! A different breed from us Miniature ones, but we look about the same...heh! I would love to say we DO have special fertilizer, but sadly Candy is not from Malaysia. LOL!
Scottie
Fenway,
That is so terrible that your humans left you behind to go see the Sox without their number one fan? Dad likes the tee-shirt. He is a Mets fan and despises the evil Yankees. Glad you got some yummy peanut butter cookies.

Hi Fenway,
Ummm.. you think we can 'borrow' your Kate sometimes when our parents go out of town?? It'd be nice if someone/ anyone can tell mom to increase our food portions! Heehee... those cookies look yummy-licious!
Yeah! Fenway is back on the blog!
You wicked pissah trained Kate so quickly... peanut butter cookies, sleep in the bed, etc. When are you gonna tell the As that she's moved in.
Glad your back! Oh sorry, I have a string of drool from looking at the fenway frank.

The Border Collie colored seagulls are rather cute. And hilarious. I wonder if they herd the white seagulls.
I'd love to get down to Florida for some warmer weather and one of those yummy hot dogs! mmmmmmm...
I'm taking an advanced agility I class at A Click Above this session. Mom had to scale back to just one class this time but she hopes she can do 2 in the next session. I'm going to 2 trials in April so we can keep up our good teamwork (crossing our paws!!)

My mom loved that "wicked pissa" shirt and your comment. She laughed SO HARD. Way too funny!
Looks like your Alphas had a great time and I am happy you had a good time being the Big Man On Campus while they were gone!
Maybe next time they will bring one of those yummy hot dogs home for you! :)

Dude Fen. This is so strange to see. My mom just got back from visiting my grandhumans and a LOT of her photos look EXACTLY THE SAME as yours. Is this bizarro world? Is Sarasota a magnet for our moms? I am so confused.
That blog post is coming soon. And I didn't even get any homemade cookies out of it. WHAT THE...
